Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is accurate as it cannot be modified once the order has been placed. Please be aware that orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed, and we are unable to reroute packages or make changes to the contents of your order after it has been shipped.
Once the order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation followed by a tracking e-mail once the package has been sent.
All items will be dispatched within 5 business days. Please note that delivery times are approximate and do not account for any potential shipping delays. It is important to note that these timeframes apply to in-stock items. For made-to-order and pre-order items, the timeframes may vary.

Returns:
Upon receiving your order, please carefully inspect the items and contact us immediately if you encounter any issues such as defects, damages, or receiving the wrong item. It is important to address these concerns promptly so that we can resolve the matter as soon as possible.
Our return policy allows for returns within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, undamaged, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please note that items returned in unsanitary conditions may not be eligible for a refund. Additionally, you will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase, as well as proof of the date received from the courier website.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
